Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How much would you charge for installing my bathroom suite?
A: Pricing will obviously vary depending on circumstances and specification but here are two average cost examples.

To install a bathroom suite with each new component re-fitted in the same place (straight swap) – from £249.99. This price includes isolation valves, any necessary new pipe work and new traps (u-bends)

To fit a bathroom suite including plastering, tiling, joinery and electrical work – from £1499.00 this price includes the removal of the old suite and any other redundant material

Q: Will I be visited by sales representatives?
A: No, if you choose a free home estimate it will be conducted by a courteous and professional bathroom surveyor.

Q: How long will the job take?
A: During our bathroom surveyor’s home visit, you will be given an approximate time frame required for your installation. Most straight fits are completed within one day and suites requiring tiling etc usually take approx five days.

Q: What happens if you discover unforeseen difficulties? Will your quoted price increase?
A: Our surveyors are very experienced and usually spot potentially expensive problems whilst visiting your home. Therefore we offer a price guarantee; this means you will never be asked to pay more than the figure stated on your written quote.

Q: Will my water and electricity supplies be interrupted?
A: When it is necessary to turn off your water or electricity supply, we will ask/warn you in advance. It is rarely necessary to turn off the power or water supply for more than one hour. You would never be left without water or electricity overnight.

Q: Will you take away my old bathroom suite and other waste/rubbish?
A: A skip will be supplied for complete installations that require tiling etc, this cost will have been included in your written quotation. If there is no access for a skip our bathroom fitting team will remove all waste by van.
Our basic £249.99 straight swap bathroom suite service does not include waste removal, we will however, be happy to quote for waste removal.
